Temporary part-Time Accounts Assistant
Location: Solihull (Office-based)
Hours: 2 3 days per week (flexible days)
Salary: GBP13.00

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to join a friendly and supportive team in Solihull. This is an office-based role, running across 2-3 days per week with flexibility of these days 9am-4pm. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of it going permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entering purchase and sales invoices accurately into the accounting system
  • Chasing outstanding customer payments and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing the sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring records are up to date
  • Assisting with stock sheet updates and reconciliation
  • Supporting general finance administration tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Confident using Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
